Abstract

Even though law is a masculinized discipline, at present day, it can be said that no profession within the legal field belongs exclusively to men. However, when analyzing various cultural phenomena from a diachronic perspective, it is possible to notice that women, irremediably, are not only poorly represented in those positions in which a higher level of responsibility and decision-making are required, but also It is possible to discover law itself as a phenomenon that is responsible for excluding the female perspective from its different manifestations.
