Abstract

The text explores the sixteen essays included in the book Laboratorios de lo nuevo from the artistic Avant-garde where the concept of “what is new” is understood as “what is ultra”, “what is strident”, “what is created”, which invites to perform different multidisciplinary artistic experiments. Consequently, Avant-garde magazines have been considered as art objects, hence the importance of their rediscovery and study.
