Abstract

This is the first compendium to review, from a multidisciplinary perspective, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on international relations. It is integrated from specialized collaborations on geopolitics, economics, and health. A book to reflect on the health crisis, its effects, and the challenges it will bring to the way the world is governed in the 21st century.

Author Biography

Isaías G. Noguez-Tinoco, Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores. Servicio Exterior Mexicano

A career diplomat, he is currently Consul of the Mexican Embassy in the Kingdom of Spain.  

He holds a bachelor in International Relations from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a master’s degree in International Cooperation from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In 2018, he was awarded the Premio Nacional de Administración Pública 2018.  

He writes and researches on issues of international relations, consular diplomacy, public management and innovation, and Mexican foreign politics.
