Abstract

The performance of our humanity demands attention and solution to the global problems that we have caused. The intellectual independence in the training of researchers is urgent and it crosses the borders of the university context. This work presents a triad of attitudes, skills and environments which every researcher, who prides him or herself on being it, needs to have in order to contribute in a proactive manner to create a better world.

Author Biography

Elvia Garduño-Teliz, Universidad Autónoma de Guerrero. Escuela Superior Ciencias de la Educación

She has Ph.D. in Pedagogy by UNAM. She is a professor, researcher, PRODEP profile, candidate to the SNI and associated candidate to the COMIE. She is affiliated to the Universidad Autónoma de Guerrero. She is also a techno-pedagogic manager and a pedagogic adviser, content expert, virtual supplier and jury for indexed journals nationally and internationally. She is part of the academic personnel, assessment models and worknets at SOMECE, Red LaTE and REDEM. 

Her research lines are techno-pedagogy, customization of learning, mobile learning and inclusion. She participates in the pedagogical dimension of the IBERO-CONACyT research project “La educación frente al COVID-19: un análisis desde lo pedagógico, psicológico y tecnológico” and as a coordinator of the chapter “Educación y TIC durante la contingencia” as part of the state of knowledge of the COMIE focusing on the TIC in education.
